In 2015, a comprehensive welfare system was built for staff of Hemaiheda Group which are coving parents, children of workers and workers themselves. In 2016, ecpect for former welfare, new policy will be implemented which tremendously promote cohesion for Hemaiheda family.

     At the beginning of New Year, welfare progress has been developed. Among the new progress, 6 insurance welfares are significant among the new progress.

Group Term Life Insurance, Group Accidental Injury F Insurance, Accidental Medical Insurance, Unexpected Hospital Income Benefit, Vehicles Accident Insurance have been bought for staff over one year in Hemaiheda Group.  The above 6 insurances guarantee health rights and interests of Maizis. 

    Person and family can get 100000 yuan of insurance amount pay by insurance company in conditions of death caused by disease, accidental death, accidental disability or accidental injuries caused by vehicle as plane, land transportation, rail, water transportation or private car.  

    Since March 1st , 2016, 6 insurance policy will be in full implementation. And other new welfares will be also implemented successively. In order to build a cohesion Hemaiheda Family, welfare system of Hemaiheda Group will be more overall in the future.
